Ryan Kiley joined the Higley Swim in the 2017 season as an assistant coach bringing years of experience in competitive swimming, including being a former member of the Men's Swim Team at the University of Arizona. In 2018, Ryan assumed the role of Head Coach for the Boys teams.

Coach Jaime McClure is an Arizona Native and was an age group competitive swimmer in the valley.  She was a multi-sport athlete who bounced between the pool, the volleyball court, and the softball field.  It was soon after high school that she realized her true passion was teaching and coaching swimming.  She has over 20 years of pool experience as an instructor, coach, and aquatics coordinator.  She is so excited to be a part of the Higley coaching staff this year!

Coach McClure graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education, Northern Arizona University with a Masters in Educational Leadership, and is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.  She has been teaching in the Higley Unified School District for the last 6 years via Mesa Public Schools and is currently the Title 1 Coordinator and Math interventionist at San Tan Elementary.  Coach McClure lives in the Higley community and has a daughter who is junior in high school.

Coach Anna Kiley has been a teacher in the Higley district since 2012 and is excited to join the Knights Swim and Dive team this year as the assistant coach. A former Colorado high school state competitive swimmer, Coach Kiley brings a passion for the sport and a deep desire to help student athletes succeed. Academic success is a high priority for Coach Kiley who teaches biology at Higley High School and looks forward to serving as both an academic mentor as well as a coach.

Spencer Lamoreaux joined the team in 2017, and is back to take the team to greater heights in 2018.  He is a former competitive diver for Brigham Young University.
